July

• July 4      Club will be open.
• July 14    Pierogie Dinner – 2:00 – 8:30.  Includes Pierogies, kielbasa, sauerkraut, salad, roll & applesauce.  $6 presale, Day of Dinner Ticket - $7.  Dozen pre-cooked pierogies.  $7 take out.
• July 19    District 21 Meeting – Chagrin Falls
• July 25    Picnic: Come and enjoy yourself and your immediate family. 1pm – 5pm.  No early entrance will be permitted. Band Turnaround starts playing at 7:00 pm. 

August

• August 9     District 21 Meeting - Mentor
• August 29   Rib Dinner 6pm – 8pm.  Tickets will be available at the bar.

September

• September 7     Labor Day – Club Closed
• September 13   District 21 Meeting – Jefferson
• September 26   Clam Bake –  4pm – 6pm.  Tickets will be available at the bar.
• September 30   Dues are due for the Aerie Men and Auxiliary. Your key card will not work if dues are not paid by this date.

October

• October 9     Children’s Christmas Party tickets on sale 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
• October 24   Children’s Christmas Party tickets on sale 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.
• October 10 – 11    Zone Conference – Location to be determined
• October 31    Adult Halloween Costume Party & Contest. Prizes for best costumes.  Please bring an appetizer or other dish to share serving 12 people

November

• November 7     Memorial Team – All Saints Remembrance 7:00 pm
• November 8     District 21 Meeting – Chardon
      FINAL registration for Children’s Christmas Party
      11:00 am – 2:00 pm.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
• November 21    OSU / Michigan Game Party. 
• November 26     Thanksgiving – Club Closed
• November 28     Big Boy Dinner 6pm – 8pm.  Tickets will be on sale at the bar.  
• November 28     New Year’s Eve Tickets go on sale at 10:00 am.
  PAID WILLOUGHBY EAGLES DUES RECIEPT MUST BE PRESENTED. There will be a two ticket per member limit (4 per couple). 

December

• December 5      Children’s Christmas Party – 10:00 am – noon.  Breakfast with Santa.  Ages 10 and under.  Two adults per Family.  Adult breakfast $5.00 per person. Child must be present for gift.  NO EXCEPTIONS. Door will not open until 10:00 am.  There will be a five child per family limit. 
• December 12     Adult Christmas Party- 7:00 pm.  Please bring an appetizer or other dish to share serving 12 people.
• December 13    District 21 Meeting - Wickliffe
• December 24    Christmas Eve – Club Closes at 5pm
• December 25    Christmas – Club Closed – Merry Christmas.
• December 31    New Year’s Gala.  Doors open at 7:00 pm.

AERIE PICNIC:  Saturday, July 25th.  The picnic is for Eagle members and their immediate family.   Please volunteer your time.   We can’t hold this event without help.  Also, please bring a non-perishable item (canned or boxed goods) to be donated for the hungry in Willoughby.  Come and enjoy yourself.  Main raffle prize is a T.V. Tickets are at the bar.  Turnaround will start at 7:00 pm.  

Dues:  Dues are due by September 30th.  Please pay early to avoid the rush.

Door Cards are available at the bar for $2.50 each.  

REMINDER:  No outside food or beverages allowed.  Birthday cakes only will be permitted.
